Group Financial Controller - Property Dev Co

As Financial Controller, you'll collaborate directly with the CFO, providing critical insights and leading a talented finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise profitability and support growth.
  • Deliver financial analysis on projects and market opportunities to maximise ROI and inform key business decisions.
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk while ensuring the robustness of financial controls.

Experience:

  • Proven expertise as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role, ideally in property development or construction.
  • Skilled in financial modelling, forecasting, and problem-solving.
  • A leader who thrives in fostering talent and driving results in a collaborative environment.
