The role

Communications Support Engineer (Radio/RF) – My client is a very successful Systems provider based in D17. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Support Engineer to join their growing and progressive company. This position will offer candidates an opportunity to build on their own experience and to grow and further develop their career within the Electronics industry. Please note this role involves call outs so a Full Clean driving license is required

The ideal candidate
  • Do you have hands-on RF/Radio Systems experience?
  • Do you have a track record of system installs, maintenance and repairs?
  • Have you got a Qualification in IT/Electronic engineering?
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn on the job is required
  • A background in Field-based roles is essential.
The responsibilities
  • System repairs - remote or on client sites
  • 2nd Level technical support
  • Develop good relationships with our clients' staff, clinical engineers, service managers and other managers
  • Create & update any technical drawings & documents relevant to site
  • Keeping good and accurate records is a must
