Salesforce Technical Architect

IT Search is partnering with a leading consulting firm to recruit a Salesforce Technical Architect as part of their expanding digital transformation team. The role offers the chance to work on enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes across both Irish and international clients.

We're seeking a senior technical leader who can take ownership of solution architecture, steer delivery teams, and drive the development of high-quality, scalable Salesforce platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture strategy while mentoring developers and championing engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across multiple sectors
  • Oversee technical delivery from initial planning through to deployment and support
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to embed best practices and ensure alignment to architectural standards
  • Support estimation, integration planning and broader solution strategy
  • Provide hands-on leadership through design reviews, coaching, and technical oversight
  • Foster innovation across platforms and tools, contributing to continuous improvement

What you need:

  • Strong track record designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Integration expertise using tools like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica
  • Agile delivery experience and comfort working in fast-paced project teams
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (Architect-level highly desirable)

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g. Health Cloud)
  • Strong background in web services and middleware integration
