Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for Salesforce solutions, aligning with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts for Salesforce, covering Apex, LWC, Aura, and complex configurations, including Health Cloud specific functionalities.
  • Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, including unit, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing, for Salesforce implementations, with a focus on industry-specific clouds like Health Cloud.
  • Conduct defect management, including logging, tracking, and verifying fixes, and provide recommendations for continuous quality improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test summaries.
  • Manage client relationships, effectively communicating testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices for Salesforce, enhancing quality assurance processes.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and quality assurance, preferably within the financial services industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in testing Salesforce technologies, including Apex, LWC, and Aura components, and experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, complex customizations, and integrations from a testing perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify complex issues, define root causes, and provide innovative testing solutions.
  • A strategic mindset to align testing efforts with business goals and drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology in a testing capacity.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or relevant testing certifications), especially those related to Health Cloud, are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines as they relate to automated testing and quality gates.
  • Experience working in or with international teams, understanding of global markets, and the ability to navigate cultural differences.
  • Experience in negotiating with and managing third-party vendors and service providers related to testing tools or services.
  • A good understanding of modern testing technologies and architectural patterns. Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure testing is desirable.
  • An understanding of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, and emerging FinTech trends from a quality assurance standpoint.
