We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a Nursing home located on Church Hill, Sligo. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and act as Head Chef in their absence.
- Deliver food services for patient feeding, ensuring high-quality food offerings.
- Follow Catering Hygiene Policy guidelines and Aramark's dress code, maintaining a clean uniform and hygienic appearance.
- Assist other kitchen staff as directed by the Head Chef.
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines, recording necessary information accurately.
- Follow stock rotation procedures using the FIFO method.
- Participate in health and safety training programs.
- Comply with all Aramark and hospital policies and procedures.
- Bring culinary expertise, creativity, and relevant experience to the role.
- Multitask effectively, understanding all kitchen sections.
- Maintain organizational skills and attention to detail.
