• Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
• Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service to ensure they keep coming back.
• Leading your team in driving trade activity, and using your expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Leading and building your team's knowledge to deliver resource planned activities ensuring hours are worked when and where these would most benefit customers, and to identify and resolve root cause issues with sustainable solutions and continual reviews.
• Ensuring the safety of your colleagues is a top priority, and coaching the team to use all security tools available to provide a safer place to work.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to share knowledge, experience and best practices, working collaboratively with your team to deliver results.
• Natural and welcoming approach with customers, putting them at the heart of what you do and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Resilience and energy to maintain momentum in challenging environments. Ability to own store decisions and act quickly in the best interests of customers and colleagues.
• Drive to deliver beyond expectations, maintain integrity under all circumstances, and inspire confidence in those around you.
• Aware of competitor activity and a passion for delivering new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
• Experience in Retail Store Manager roles and leading a small team.
