Role

As Territory Manager you will enhance visibility & drive the distribution of key Danone brands within convenience and large retailers across your designated territory. Your responsibilities will range from product merchandising and building strong relationships within stores to negotiation and active promotion of incremental displays, all of which will play a crucial role in increasing sales of Danone products.

Package & Benefits

Package: €31,000 per annum, performance bonus, daily lunch allowance, company car & other attractive benefits incl. annual leave purchase, discounts & more.

South Dublin, Tallaght & Surrounding areas. Full time, Permanent.

Company & Brand Context

Danone's portfolio includes well-known products such as dairy & plant based (Activia, Alpro), bottled water brands (Evian, Volvic), and specialised nutrition (Aptamil). You will help drive sales by increasing distribution and actively selling into key contacts within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance visibility and drive distribution of Danone brands in convenience and large retailers within your territory.
  • Merchandising, build relationships within stores, negotiate, and promote incremental displays.
  • Increase sales by promoting products and improving in-store execution.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a field-based sales role within a convenience, independents, or impulse environment is preferred.
  • Self-starter, motivated, and comfortable building new relationships.
  • Aligned with Danone values and sustainability goals.
  • Note: This is a field-based role requiring regular travel; overnight stays may be required.

Standout Field Marketing is part of Avidity Group Ltd, which includes Standout, McCurrach, Wave & Thumbprint, and represents brands in the UK and Ireland (including Danone, Premier Foods, Coty and Wella).

Other Details

Please note this role requires a full Irish driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans). This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel daily; overnights may be required.
