We're Hiring: Wedding & Events Planning Manager

Location: Radisson Blu Hotel, Limerick – Part of The iNUA Collection
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager

Do you have a passion for creating unforgettable moments? At the Radisson Blu Hotel, Limerick, we're looking for a Wedding & Events Planning Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our weddings, meetings, and events – from the very first inquiry to the final farewell.

The Role

As Wedding & Events Planning Manager, you'll:

  • Manage weddings, meetings, and events from enquiry through to delivery.

  • Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-up communications to secure bookings.

  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to Sales and Events teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the function diary and input business into the Property Management System (PMS).

  • Conduct on-site inspections and client entertainment.

  • Prepare and issue function sheets to ensure flawless execution.

  • Liaise with Revenue, Front Office, and Operations teams.

  • Maximize revenue through up-selling and creative event solutions.

  • Support reporting, database management, and telesales projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, weddings, or events within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.

  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.

  • Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and database management.

  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
