Overview

Join our team as a Leisure Club Attendant at Dalata Hotel Group. You will work with a friendly team and have opportunities to grow within the company.

Your Job
  • Act as the first point of contact for all members, handling queries in person, by phone, or email
  • Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours
  • Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club
  • Carry out general cleaning duties
  • Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols
What You'll Need
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility in working hours (mornings, evenings, weekends)
  • Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid is essential
  • NCEF qualification or the equivalent is essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a desire to progress in your career
