Overview

We are seeking a Property Agent Liaison Officer to join our Wayleave Department to enable the installation of our clients network infrastructure. This role entails negotiating access agreements, processing approvals, and fostering long term relationships with Property Owners, Management Companies, and Regulatory Bodies.

Responsibilities
  • Contact property owners, management companies and regulatory bodies, to secure permissions required for fibre to the home upgrade rollouts.
  • Ensure that all customers are provided with comprehensive and high-quality information regarding activities conducted by construction teams.
  • Process approvals and access agreements internal and client tracking systems.
  • Coordinate site access for crews, ensuring adherence to build plan schedules.
  • Contribute to Wayleave business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Escalate Access/Planning issues related to wayleaves as necessary.
  • Manage customer-related issues effectively and meet program delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proven Sales background with strong communication and cold calling experience
  • Track record of working effectively within deadlines
  • Telecom industry experience advantageous; however, full training will be provided
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong negotiation, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and enthusiasm to embrace new areas of work beyond core skills
  • Positive attitude and exceptional teamwork skills
Advantageous
  • Experience in a diverse organization with proven negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of the utility industry and wayleave procedures
  • Full, clean driving license
