Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

• Project, Resource and Risk Management: Lead and oversee time-bound customer-facing projects from initiation to closure, including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and close-out. Prioritize clarity and simplicity to accelerate time to value for customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster relationships with stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, Content, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create coordinated project plans aligned with customer expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly with Udemy and customer management; keep them informed about project plans and status updates. Escalate urgent matters when needed and work with customer stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.
• Sales and CS Services Evangelist: Act as an evangelist for services, assisting Sales and CS with selling and articulating the value of Professional Services to increase attachment rate and account impact.
• Continuous Improvement: Support establishment and adoption of project management frameworks, documentation, tools, and best practices. Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance processes and communication at Udemy.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing project manager or implementation manager for a SaaS company delivering customer solutions
• Proven project management and change management experience with large organizations, delivering projects on scope, budget, and timeline
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused vision with internal teams
• Experience working with 10-15 large enterprise customers concurrently, with risk considerations
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to solve problems creatively in a collaborative and virtual environment
• Proactive in addressing project obstacles and willing to chase down loose ends to ensure delivery
• Fluent in English
