What we are looking for
  • Construction fitting/installation experience
  • Initiative-taking and problem-solving individuals eager to learn and grow within and parallel to the business
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and/or project plans, drawings, and instructions to carry out required work
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with Health & Safety policies and industry standards
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues and clients to resolve issues
  • Maintain safety and security of company vehicle, tools and equipment
  • Assist in maintaining stock/inventory and use of scheduling/job card software
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends for projects as required
Responsibilities

These roles involve traveling to sites, ensuring installations meet industry standards, and compliance with Workplace Health & Safety. Positions include Installations Supervisors, Installation Assistants, and Signage & Pergola Installers across channels.

Requirements
  • If you are an EU/EEA national, provide proof of right to work in Ireland (e.g., passport copy). Non-EU/EEA nationals require current valid permission to work in Ireland.
  • Residents in ROI with PPS number & Irish bank account
  • Valid Irish or EU driver's license and willingness to travel across Ireland, the UK and the EU
  • Current SOLAS Safe Pass certification
  • Ideally hold Manual Handling, MEWP and relevant industry certifications
  • Two references from prior employment
  • Experience in signage, vinyl, graphic or related installation is preferred but applications from other backgrounds are welcome
  • First Aid certification desirable
Compensation
  • Installation Supervisor: from €50,000 per year
  • Installation Assistant: from €35,000 per year
  • Signage & Pergola installers: from €15-€24 per hour

Contract Type & Start

The position is open for an immediate start with Full Time and Casual Contracts available. A 6-month probation period applies for all contract types. Successful candidates will be offered a contract dependent on experience, skill level and availability.
