The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Paid Social campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

The purpose of this role is to manage the execution of paid social campaigns and strategies to ensure on-time campaign delivery and achievement of goals. This position provides support to the Paid Social Account Manager and the broader social team.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

  1. Manage and execute paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account set-up, organization, and management.
  2. Audit, review, and analyze reports, and optimize campaign activity to meet campaign objectives.
  3. Support campaign planning activity through research and competitive analysis.
  4. Assist with client interactions as and when required (e.g., briefing sessions, post-campaign analysis, review meetings, and QBRs).
  5. Build strong relationships with other teams within the broader social teams, other specialist teams, and client teams.
  6. Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and partners.
  7. Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly as they relate to social media.
  8. Input to media audit processes from a paid social perspective for your respective clients as required.

The Experience & Qualifications Needed

  1. Media industry understanding.
  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Detail-oriented.
  4. Project management skills.
  5. Good written and verbal communication.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our Dublin office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team is currently in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday.
