We are looking for a Business Development Director to accelerate the Double-Digit Growth of the most compelling Artificial Intelligence Software Company in Europe You are a seasoned Business Development Director with a proven track record of overachievement; this great opportunity is for you

You will manage a proactive and results-driven team of Business Development Reps (BDRs) that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their territory (mainly UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Benelux, Nordics). You will play a key role, being a valuable contributor to the Go-To-Market strategy while providing an action plan to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage, hire, train, and coach a multicultural team of BDRs working with the latest technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft)
  • Work closely with AVP Sales leaders to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to build creative and efficient campaigns or events to address C-Level Decision Makers.
  • Ensure team continuous improvement by implementing best practices
  • Monitor weekly team activity with Salesforce dashboard and propose action plan
  • Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDRs

Experience required

  • 7+ years' experience in the Business Software industry (Cloud-based Marketing, CRM, Finance, or HR software…)
  • 5+ years' experience successfully building, managing, coaching, and developing an international business development team
  • Numbers-driven and results-oriented
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; a second European language will be a plus, ideally French
  • Business Degree Preferred
  • Based in the City Centre in the heart of Dublin
