Overview

TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit a Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III to join their fast-paced team in Meath.

Job Type: Part-time 20 hours per week

Location: Navan

Contract: Temporary 3 month initial contract

Pay scale is €17.04- €26.52 depending on previous relative public sector experience.

Responsibilities
  • The Clerical Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the department under the direction of the assigned manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong technology skills and an aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Manage and run the flexi clock/timekeeping system, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of employee hours.
  • Support or take responsibility for the payroll system, including data input, validation, and preparation of payroll runs.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies in time entries and payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and payroll information.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to payroll and timekeeping as required.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience with technology systems, ideally including timekeeping or payroll software.
  • High level of accuracy and strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in a payroll or finance-related role is an advantage.
