Senior Digital Designer & Webflow Developer

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Remote)
Team:Brand & Marketing Design — Internal Creative Studio
Reports To:Head of Brand & Creative

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer with Webflow expertise — a hybrid creative who thrives at the intersection of design, digital experience, and light development.

In this role, you'll:

• Own the design and build of web experiences in Webflow
• Develop and manage a scalable Webflow design system & CMS
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to launch high-impact digital campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency and elevate our web experience without heavy reliance on engineering
  
  

You'll be a key partner in making our marketing machine move faster, with creative excellence baked into every launch. This role joins a team of 4 others creatives as we build out our internal agency model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-fidelity pages, microsites, and landing pages in Webflow
• Manage and evolve a Webflow-based design system, ensuring scalability and consistency
• Collaborate with the Brand & Design team on creative concepts, wireframes, and user experience
• Support campaign launches by building agile digital assets (e.g., event pages, campaign landing pages)
• Implement CMS structures, light interactions, animations, and dynamic content in Webflow
• Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and UX
• Troubleshoot Webflow issues and liaise with engineering when deeper dev support is needed
• Stay up to date on Webflow releases, industry trends, and emerging design/development practices
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a digital designer with a focus on Webflow site building
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design and UX chops
• Proficient in Figma and digital design systems
• Deep hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and page building
• Ability to implement custom code embeds and troubleshoot light technical issues
• Understanding of web standards — responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements
• Self-starter mindset with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Ireland / Northern Ireland / UK or eligible to work in the EU/UK

• Experience managing Webflow Logic or automations
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS
• Past work in SaaS or fast-growing B2B brands
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, or personalization frameworks
