A luxury hotel in Co. Wexford is seeking a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional kitchen with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes in your assigned section to the highest standards
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation
  • Adhere to HACCP and all food hygiene regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining setting
  • Formal culinary qualification is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Location: Co. Wexford
  • Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
