We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in a staff restaurant in New Ross, Co. Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with contract catering experience who values quality, teamwork, and innovation. The Role Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Hours: 39 hours per week - 12pm to 8pm/ 7am to 3pm Schedule: 5 over 7 days (Monday to Sunday rotation) - alternating weekends. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the operation. Key Responsibilities Consistently deliver high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with CCSL and client expectations. Contribute to weekly menu planning with a focus on seasonality, food trends, and variety. Support catering for events and functions, helping to plan and deliver successful service. Uphold the highest food hygiene, quality, and safety standards in compliance with CCSL procedures. Assist with regular stock takes and ensure efficient ordering and stock control. Work towards Gross Profit targets through portion control and minimal food waste. Promote and comply with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and company policies. Communicate effectively with your team, manager, and client representatives. Be a proud ambassador of the CCSL brand every day. What Were Looking For Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, ideally within contract catering. A passion for fresh food and seasonal ingredients. Culinary flair with a strong eye for presentation and detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also using initiative. Strong organisational and communication skills.
