What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with founders and the product team to understand business goals, product vision, and service objectives.
  • Translate ideas into clear, actionable design documentation that supports product specification and engineering implementation.
  • Research, design, and shape end-to-end product experiences for users across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Map out user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and communicate design solutions.
  • Produce prototypes, visual assets, and interface components to support testing and development.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the product experience based on user insights and feedback.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a UI/UX or product design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end mobile app design.
  • Proficient in Figma (required), with experience in other tools like Adobe Suite a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with strong planning, time management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Fluent in English with clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in product development in software or tech-focused environments is a bonus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with ownership and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating designs in a fast-changing product cycle.
  • Solid foundation in visual design, including drawing, color theory, and layout.
  • Portfolio highlights strong visual craft and ability to solve complex interaction problems.
  • Awareness of current trends in mobile UX/UI; bonus points for proficiency in Lottie, Rive, or other motion tools.
