The Role

As a Store Manager, your role is critical in the operational running and success of your store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to meet key targets that drive the success of your store.

Contracted Hours: 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

Pay Rate: €40,000

  • Have a passion for selling and customer service; lead by example and coach your team to do the same
  • Be responsible for delivering store targets and ensuring your team knows their responsibilities each shift
  • Review store performance and implement action plans
  • Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed with key holders
  • Prepare and manage store rotas
  • Manage stock inventory to minimize loss
  • Coach and mentor staff through regular 1:1s, performance monitoring, and recognition
  • Recruit talent with passion and spark, recognizing the importance of a great team
