Design Build Search is seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. This is a key role within a growing organisation, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of roofing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with specific expertise in roofing systems and practices.

As a Roofing Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple sites. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a dynamic and fast‑paced construction environment in Ireland.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of roofing projects, from planning through to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to maintain clear communication throughout each project.
  • Visit job sites to assess risks, enforce safety standards, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and provide routine progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the acquisition and delivery of materials, tools, and labor needed for each project.
  • Address project challenges proactively and work to resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Uphold quality standards by inspecting completed work and ensuring it aligns with company expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrated background in project management within the roofing or construction sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and best practices for installation.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and build strong working relationships.
  • Capable of managing several projects at once in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms and digital tools commonly used in the construction industry.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to various job sites.
  • Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Health and safety certification such as a CSCS card or equivalent.
  • Prior experience managing both residential and commercial roofing projects is highly advantageous.
