The Galway Bay Hotel are now recruiting a experienced Bartenderto join our great team.

The role is ideal for an experienced Bartender who is friendly, outgoing and has a passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • To maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
  • Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
  • To ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently.
  • To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer).
  • To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.
  • To ensure the department is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.

About You:

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of drink trends and cocktails.
  • You will uphold our culture of Respect and possess qualities in keeping with the company core values: Excellence, Passion, Honesty, Flexibility & Fun
  • You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as quality training will be provided.
  • You will be welcomed to a friendly, inclusive environment where you can learn and collaborate with a great team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
