We are seeking an experienced Bar Lead to join our team at Murphy's Bar in Galway City. This is a full-time position offering excellent compensation for the right candidate.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
  • Overseeing bar operations, including managing staff schedules and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the premises
  • Managing orders, preparing drinks, handling payments, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
