Our client is a semiconductor company, known for designing and developing computer processors and graphics technologies and it's looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator.
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a passion for organization and logistics? We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team at the Warehouse in Citywest Business Campus, Dublin.
This role is crucial in managing shipments across multiple countries, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and handling materials safely with a forklift.
Sounds great What will my day-to-day look like?
- Prepare and manage outgoing shipments, including coordinating with carriers.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel spreadsheets.
- Utilize company systems to generate and validate invoices.
- Assist in coordinating shipping processes from European locations.
- Receive and organize incoming deliveries to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
What do I need?
- A valid forklift driving certification.
- A minimum of two years' warehouse experience, with a track record of reliability and efficiency.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic office systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Position: Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Operator
Location: Citywest Business Campus, Dublin
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
It's a 12-month contract role on-site in Dublin.
