">Key Responsibilities:
">- Support logistics and freight forwarding operations (data entry, document handling, shipment tracking)
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, invoices, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with customs, carriers, and clients to facilitate efficient processing
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
">Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or logistics role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
