Your Job
  • Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
  • Experienced making great coffee and carrying plates (or eager to learn)
  • Well-presented and engaging with guests
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly
  • Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
What You'll Need
  • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is desired but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation is desired but not essential
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
