Global Customer Service Representative with Spanish Fluency

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven attitude. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  2. Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and educate customers to self-serve when possible.
  3. Meet and exceed performance targets for resolution rate, satisfaction, and response time.
  4. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
  5. Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer experience.
  6. Show initiative, reliability, and punctuality in all tasks.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Position Type and Hours: Full-Time, with possible weekend shifts. In-office presence 3 days a week for collaboration.
