About Us

The Fleet Hotel is a boutique hotel located in Dublin's Temple Bar area, featuring historic buildings including Bewley's Café, established in 1905. The hotel is rich in local history and offers a unique Dublin experience.

Primary Objective

Responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to standard, contributing to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive on duty, identify areas to be serviced or cleaned as directed by management.
  • Follow established cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain public areas and guest rooms.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely.
  • Report maintenance issues affecting guest experience or safety.
  • Provide in-room amenities and respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly.
  • Attend team meetings and briefings.
  • Work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings, as required.
  • Participate in training programs.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as an Accommodation Assistant in a 4-star hotel setting.
