We are seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our #MPeople team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service as part of the Front Office Team.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently.
  • Handle inquiries via telephone and email.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly.
  • Promote upselling and maximize departmental revenue.
  • Complete daily reports accurately and on time.
  • Manage billing and invoicing for FIT & Tour operators.
  • Liaise with management regarding guest queries or issues.
  • Assist guests with transport and luggage professionally and courteously.
