Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level support across a broad range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will embody our values of quality, service, honesty, integrity, and respect, ensuring these principles are reflected in all aspects of their work. This role requires a well-tenured professional who can exercise good judgment, demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, and maintain a balance among multiple priorities while handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Diary & Meeting Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage an active calendar of appointments with professionalism and respect for time and priorities.
- Compile documents for associated meetings and events; attend and take accurate, high-quality minutes where required.
- Administration & Communication
- Prepare clear and professional reports, letters, emails, and meeting notes that reflect honesty and integrity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, always demonstrating respect and sound judgment.
- Financial & Operational Support
- Assist in the management of invoicing, record-keeping, and monitoring of financial aspects of the farm business with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the maintenance of transparent and reliable records of all appropriate farm and business information.
- Recruitment & HR Support
- Support recruitment processes with fairness, respect, and professionalism.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative cover (e.g., email monitoring during holidays) to ensure service continuity.
- Systems & Projects
- Become proficient in all bespoke company programs, ensuring high-quality and reliable use.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the CEO, with openness and integrity.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build respectful and trusted relationships.
- A highly professional team player who can also work independently with integrity.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with honesty, discretion, and sensitivity.
- Adaptability to competing demands while maintaining high standards of quality service.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Qualification in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Farming knowledge/experience is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting at Senior Management or Executive level.
