We are currently recruiting highly motivated Social Care Workers to join our teams in Full-Time, Part-Time, and Ad-Hoc roles for our Children's Community-Based Mental Health Residential Services under TUSLA in North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills.
  • Provide person-centred care that meets each individual's varied needs.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in line with regulatory standards.
  • Promote community integration and positive mental health.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and care plans.

Requirements:
  • Minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Health Care, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of best practice standards in residential care settings.
  • Strong communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.
  • Full Driving Licence (essential).
  • Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
  • Garda Vetting required.
  • Passion for upholding individuals' rights and working in a dynamic, caring environment.
