A family-oriented Financial Planning brokerage is seeking a Financial Advisor to join their expert team. The business has demonstrated impressive growth in recent times through organically building relationships and reputation, as well as some recent acquisitions. This means that the team is trusted to work autonomously and is allowed the self-directed flexibility to fit life around work. With that said, this role also suits someone with ambition who would be motivated by playing an important role in the overall growth of the firm.

The role can work from anywhere in Munster and focuses on developing relationships and delivering strong Financial Advisory services. The role involves travel and comes with a suitable allowance, a strong base salary, and a lucrative, uncapped commission structure.

The Role

  • Own the full advisory process: from client fact-finds to tailored financial plans, implementation, and ongoing relationship management

  • Grow your pipeline via digital tools, CRM-driven outreach, referrals, and events.

  • Partner with accountants, solicitors, and other influencers to expand your network.

  • Deliver clear, jargon-free advice on pensions, investments, protection, tax, and estate planning.

  • Ensure full compliance with CBI regulations (KYC/AML).

  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adapt strategies as client circumstances evolve.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.

Who You Are

  • QFA‑qualified with strong experience in Irish pensions, investments, and protection.

  • Technically strong, ethical, client‑centric, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
