Senior Technical Advisor – Dublin 22, Hybrid role

About the role:

You will support construction professionals and internal teams with technical solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards. As a Senior Technical Advisor your role is to provide expert guidance in Building Physics, Fire, Acoustics, and Energy Efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including architects, engineers, and specifiers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and specification teams to support building system solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and technical consultations for projects and specifying bodies.
  • Utilise tools such as BIM, CAD, U-value calculators, and thermal modelling software.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and improve service.
  • Maintain technical knowledge, including Safety and Building Regulations.
  • Manage projects and maintain technical documentation for internal use.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in technical support within the construction industry.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Revit experience desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
