Job Title: Technical Expert Advisor

This is a senior-level role that provides technical support and expertise in building physics, fire safety, acoustics, and energy efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification within the construction industry, with strong technical experience and excellent communication skills.

The scope of this role includes:

  • Providing technical guidance and expertise to construction professionals and internal teams.
  • Handling technical sales with internal and external customers.
  • Supporting sales & specification teams.
  • Consulting with architects and other industry professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), trend analysis, commercial issues, etc.
  • Providing consultation on projects and design solutions.
  • Designing and delivering presentations.
  • Maintaining and sharing a detailed library of technical information and literature.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • AutoCAD and Excel experience required; Revit experience desirable.
  • An enthusiastic, hands-on, and inquisitive attitude.
