KCC Group are a market leader in the provision of supply, installation, and service of the following products: Door Hardware, Steel Doors, Timber Doors, Glazed Screens, Specialist Fire Resistant Glazing, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls, Fire Door Inspections, Access Control and more. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This is a permanent, full-time office based position.

Job summary:

We are seeking a proactive sales administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Update CRM database
  • Update enquiry tracker for our Facades, Partitions and Doors division
  • Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports through internal systems as well as Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Suggest sales process improvements to assist with becoming more efficient and hitting our sales targets
  • Creation of new projects on our ERP system
  • Creation of project hand over files for our Facades, Partitions and Doors division
  • Month end reports & presentation for sales meeting
  • Attend & minute monthly sales meetings
  • Scheduling internal meetings
  • Prepare meeting room for various meetings
  • Monitor & reply to live chat enquiries received on our website
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative duties to ensure team success

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint with the ability to create and manage documents and spreadsheets
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30 am – 5:00pm. Friday: 8:30am to 4:00pm
