Discover your exciting roleThe successful candidate will manage, control and deliver either a large complex Pharmaceutical design / construction project or multiple projects to the satisfaction of both the company and client.
The successful candidate can be located in our Maynooth or Cork offices.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities- Strategic input to the growth and development of the Northern Europe Life Sciences Operation
- Strategic input to project proposals
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of assigned project
- To ensure that all company Health, Safety and Environmental policies are implemented on assigned projects
- Ensure assigned projects are completed in accordance with Exyte policies and procedures and client contract requirements
- Effective communication with clients, stakeholders and project teams
- To ensure that company procedures are complied with and that relevant information is communicated with project staff
- To develop good relationships with the client and potential clients along with their respective advisors
- To work with the VP of Project Delivery to ensure that projects are adequately staffed by suitably qualified and experienced staff and that future needs are identified
- To maximise the project margin & control costs
- To ensure the company is commercially and contractually protected during the project Lifecycle
- To foster relationships with suitable senior consultants / subcontractor personnel
- Lead by example setting the required standards of behaviour and conduct for the project
- Communicate the Company and Project strategy with the project team ensuring the objectives are met and understood
- Liaise with the procurement lead during the tender/negotiation/construction period
- Manage the programme of works
- Responsible for the compliance and delivery for the Project across the Safety, Quality and Program
- Demonstrated 10+ years professional senior level project experience in the design and/or construction of complex Life Sciences projects
- Professional qualification in a relevant field
- Understanding of contract models
- Strong proven commercial ability
