Project Manager (Construction) - Kildare
A leading main contractor is seeking a
Project Manager
, who will be tasked with overseeing a High-tech Commercial Project in
Kildare.
Role & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the regional director, assistant project manager, quantity surveyor, and engineering team to collaborate effectively.
Guarantee alignment of project phases with the Project Execution Plan, budget constraints, and operational protocols.
Champion compliance with HSEQ standards and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for the regional director, oversee client and supplier relationships, manage project delivery, coordinate with HSEQS teams, and handle resource planning.
Requirements:
3+ years in project management on Civils/Build Projects.
Degree/Trade Qualified.
3+ years managing subcontractors and staff.
Salary:
Salary circa €100k - €110k
