Project Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale residential developments from pre-construction stages through to handover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating and monitoring project programs. They will also coordinate and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
- Ambitious Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, resource allocation plans and progress reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, construction and commercial departments to ensure seamless project execution.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Project Development Manager. You will have the chance to lead and manage a portfolio of projects, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management: Essential qualification for this role.
- 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record of managing projects in the residential sector, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- High Value Residential Projects: Experience of overseeing projects valued over €300M, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
