Job Overview

Our organization seeks a highly skilled 4D Planning Manager to lead the development and management of detailed 3D models that integrate construction programs with 3D designs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design teams, BIM coordinators, and planners to ensure accurate and realistic sequencing of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D models by integrating construction programs (using tools like Primavera P6) with 3D designs (Revit, Navisworks, Synchro)
  • Collaborate with design teams, BIM coordinators, and planners to ensure accurate and realistic sequencing of construction activities
  • Create 4D simulations to support tenders and communicate construction methodology to stakeholders
  • Generate 2D-to-3D models for context, logistics, temporary works, and construction phasing
  • Carry out quantity take-offs from 3D models aligned to program tasks
  • Support project teams with sequencing strategies, logistics planning, and phasing
  • Conduct scenario planning to analyze potential risks and develop alternative construction approaches
  • Provide regular 4D progress updates and visual reporting to internal teams and clients
  • Lead internal and external presentations, acting as a key link between design, planning, and delivery teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in 4D planning for complex industrial or mission-critical projects (logistics, data centers, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Synchro 4D, Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, and Primavera P6 (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of BIM Level 2+ and modern construction methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret complex design and program information
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an analytical mindset
