Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Kildare. As a key member of our Building Pre-Construction department, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project & Primavera Software or Asta Powerproject
  • Break down project scope into logical work sequences, identifying key milestones and critical path
  • Liaise with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to develop coordinated project plans
  • Identify and communicate potential risks, constraints, and opportunities
  • Conduct critical path analysis and scenario modelling to support decision making
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or diploma in engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a planning role in the building construction industry (main contractor experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and lead times
  • Experience in developing tender programs
