Job Summary:

The role of Scheduler Coordinator involves supporting the development and maintenance of project programmes, ensuring effective planning and control throughout both preconstruction and construction phases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Planners in defining the current programme position on all projects weekly/monthly and regularly review programmes, outputs, and phasing.
  • Develop tracking schedules to maintain information and control the production of programmes by subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop baseline contract programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring complete logic linking and critical path establishment.
  • Integrate Health and Safety Policies and Procedures into planning assumptions and decisions.
  • Establish construction methodologies to demonstrate techniques and sequencing for safe project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Familiarity with project frame dashboard software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in construction management.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
