Vehicle Coordinator Job Overview

This is a vital role in the preparation and presentation of new and used vehicles for customer handover. The Vehicle Coordinator plays a key part in ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest standards before being delivered to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and managing showroom and forecourt displays, including stock accuracy across online platforms.
  • Working closely with the valet team to coordinate vehicle delivery schedules and manage logistics between multiple sites.
  • Adhering to manufacturer audit standards for both new and used cars.
  • Communicating status updates to other departments and recruiting team members as needed.

Requirements for Success

  • Previous experience within the motor industry is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization abilities are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are also required.
  • A valid full driving license is mandatory.
