About Our Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work on a residential development in North County Wicklow with one of Ireland's most reputable developers and contractors.

The Role
  • Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements for the project.
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
  • Work closely with a team of architects to overcome any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Support the Project Manager to ensure smooth completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage site staff and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Manage weekly progress meetings, workshops, and action plans effectively.
  • Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators.
  • Ensure site teams adhere to our company policies and meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience managing the successful delivery of residential housing projects is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules is crucial.
