As recording secretary to the Board, Members Meetings & the Audit & Risk Committee, you will ensure accurate minutes and reports are maintained.

You will coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

">

Additionally, you will support internal reporting, data entry, and filing systems on CRM & SharePoint, demonstrating your technical expertise.

">

You will also provide a professional point of contact internally and externally, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

">

We require an individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills, including evidence of managing complex workloads and meeting deadlines.

">

Advanced knowledge of MS Office is essential, along with the ability to learn and use new information systems effectively.

">

Excellent time management skills are necessary, with the ability to plan and prioritise work and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

">

Occasional travel may be required.
