Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Clinic Administrator.

Job Summary: Nua Healthcare Services is one of Ireland's leading Private Healthcare Providers, specializing in Residential and Supported Living Services for children and adults with complex support needs.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the MDT team based out of our clinic in Naas. This will include live action of our Mission, Vision and Values, providing administration support to the Director of Services extending to entire department as directed, coordinating clinical appointments to support both Service Users and Clinicians, creating and maintaining central files of all enquiries/new admissions/referrals, creating and maintaining all SLA's with HSE as directed by the DOS, maintaining up-to-date records retained in IT systems e.g. Penelope, dealing with all correspondence, email, calls, reporting etc., complex diary management where requested, coordinating clinical meetings inclusive of both agenda and meeting minutes, and maintaining and updating accurate records of all incidents pertaining to Service Users across the business.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a high standard of IT literacy, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure, ability to work on your own initiative, excellent organizational skills / self-motivated / self-starter, and excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.
