Job Title: Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in Residential Services Co. Kildare.

About the Role:
  • Promote independence, self-advocacy, and community participation through person-centered support plans.
  • BUILD RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH SERVICE USERS
  • DELIVER SUPPORT SERVICES TO VULNERABLE ADULTS
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualized support plans that promote dignity and respect.
  2. Foster trusting relationships with service users, honoring their identity, choices, and emotional safety.
  3. Empower individuals to pursue their goals, interests, culture, and values.
Requirements:
  • CORU registration or in-process application required.
  • Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent).
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities (1 year minimum).
  • Fluent English required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle essential.
