Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising teams, managing subcontractors, and coordinating logistics. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and direct employees
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality and environmental standards
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
  • Strong prior experience in site management or supervisory roles with a building contractor or residential developer
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors
