Role DescriptionThis is an on-site contract role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach, located in Dublin. Starting at 3 hours per week of group classes with potential for adding more, plus the use of OITO's gym space for private training sessions (subject to schedule availability, profit-sharing model).
Responsibilities- Design and implement training programs for clients, focusing on athletic performance, injury prevention, and strength training.
- Conduct tailored fitness assessments and create individual and group workout plans.
- Monitor client progress to ensure goals are achieved.
- Coordinate with other trainers and wellness professionals to deliver a comprehensive fitness experience.
- Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning
- Athletic Performance and Strength Training
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Relevant certifications in strength and conditioning or sports coaching
- Experience in Muay Thai or functional training is a plus
