Smart Edge's Client is looking for an individual to help with their Atlassian Administrator@ Dublin, Ireland

Key area:

We are seeking an Atlassian Administrator who is a problem solver and eager to learn. The successful candidate will assist in the administration and support of our Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

  • Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Take proactive measures to address Atlassian related issues and service requests.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Atlassian tools.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Atlassian upgrades and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Atlassian configurations and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to users on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools.
  • Participate in a flexible working arrangement on-site / hybrid model.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic scripting or programming experience.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
