Director at Eolas Recruitment * IT / Business Change Recruitment Specialist * Public SpeakerWe are seeking a Junior Atlassian Administrator who is a proactive problem solver and eager to learn. The successful candidate will assist in the administration and support of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, within a hybrid working model based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Take proactive measures to address Atlassian-related issues and service requests.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Atlassian tools.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Atlassian upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Atlassian configurations and procedures.
- Provide training and support to users on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools.
- Work within a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resides within Ireland (ROI or NI).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic scripting or programming experience.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Type: Daily rate contract.
Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin.
